Client, “You” means the individual booking or using the Service.
Session refers to any tarot reading provided by the Company.

Services Provided

The Company offers tarot card readings and intuitive guidance sessions.
These sessions are for guidance and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, financial, or legal matters.
The Client acknowledges that decisions made based on the reading are their personal responsibility.

Bookings and Payments

Sessions may be paid before or after the session, depending on agreement at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via approved methods listed on the website or directly communicated by the Company.
Failure to make payment after a completed session may result in denial of future bookings.

Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
If a Client pre-pays and cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, they are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
The Client agrees not to misuse the Service or disrupt the reading session.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the guidance provided in a tarot session.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) remains the property of Tarot Oracle by Preethi.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any Client who violates these Terms or behaves inappropriately during a session.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective once posted on the Website. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
