Interpretation and Definitions

• Company refers to Tarot Oracle by Preethi.

• Service refers to tarot reading sessions booked via our Website or directly with us.

• Client, “You” means the individual booking or using the Service.

• Session refers to any tarot reading provided by the Company.

 

General Policy

• All tarot readings are services and not physical products. Therefore, there is no shipping or delivery of goods.

• Once a tarot reading has been completed, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Pre-paid Sessions:

  • If a Client cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be issued.

• Post-payment Sessions (Pay After):

  • Clients who choose to pay after a session are required to make payment immediately upon completion of the session.

  • Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule their session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) will not be accommodated.

 

No-Show Policy

• If a Client fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
